I've known and been under the care of Tracey and the team for many many years, and have yet to find fault with the care they provide. Empathetic, discreet and genuine. Their knowledge and understanding is second to none, and the team continue to strive for the best in patient care and understanding. They always make sure that the patients best interests are at the heart of every decision they make and, time and time again, go over and above the call of duty to ensure that the wellbeing of the patient is paramount.

I was seen by Tracey for my annual IBD review. She is calm, mature and an excellent listener. I was most reassured by Tracey from a medical point of view. While my UC is in remission, she gave me contact details in case of emergency as I had lost mine earlier. Tracey’s impeccable professionalism shone throughout the consultation. She adhered to all the protocol, listened to me intently and reassuringly gave me sound advice even when I mentioned other medical concerns. Tracey has a gentle bedside manner and her humility and empathy shone through. Patients with long- standing gastrointestinal disorders can feel helpless at times but medics like Tracy treat us with dignity and respect. She is an asset to the hospital and the profession.
